Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.

What Sculpi provides

Sculpi is a personal health and wellness tracking companion. It can help you record a medication plan supplied by your clinician, injections, symptoms, nutrition, movement, measurements and reflections. It also provides reminders and general educational content.

Medical disclaimer

Sculpi is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Any calculations are based only on values you enter and must be checked against the medication label and your clinician's instructions.

Do not use Sculpi for emergencies. Contact local emergency services if you believe you have a medical emergency. Follow instructions from your licensed clinician or pharmacy, seek professional advice before changing treatment, nutrition or physical activity, and report serious or unexpected symptoms to a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your device secure, use the app lawfully and avoid relying on it as the sole source for a medical decision. You are responsible for confirming imported provider information and for choices you make based on your clinician's advice.

Optional services and AI

Some features depend on Apple or Google services, your device, network access or a supported care provider. Availability and provider data may change. You may disconnect optional services at any time.

Optional AI outputs are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not medical instructions. You must review meal estimates and every proposed app action before saving or confirming it; AI cannot change your treatment plan.

Purchases

If paid digital features are offered, purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store under the terms shown before confirmation. You can manage or cancel through your store account. The store's standard end-user license terms also apply unless a custom license is shown on the listing.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's information, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use Sculpi to provide unlicensed medical services.

Availability and liability

The app is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sculpi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of data entered by you or supplied by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, termination and contact

Features may change to improve safety, security or reliability. You may stop using Sculpi at any time. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. Material changes will have a new effective date and will be presented for acceptance when required.
